Revolution's build a board web site will soon be updated to let you custom design not only on snowboards but skateboards and longboards. If you can't wait for the new web site to be up and running you can still get going.
Follow these 4 steps:
1) Download an art template:
pintail longboard
bigboy longboard
2) Design your dream board.
3) Order your deck from the STORE link.
4) Email art file with your order number to art@revolutionmfg.com
